Gift Cards: Terms and Conditions

1. Redemption:
   Gift cards must be redeemed through ShoeDazzle's Web Site, www.shoedazzle.com, towards the purchase of eligible products. Purchases are deducted from the gift card credit balance. Any unused credit will be placed in the recipient's ShoeDazzle account. If an order exceeds the amount of available credit, the balance must be paid with a credit card. To view account credit balances, visit your showroom on ShoeDazzle.com.
2. Limitations:
   

   Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other ShoeDazzle gift cards.

   Gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account. Gift card purchases cannot be refunded.

   While unused gift cards do not expire, gift card credit balances do expire one year after they have been added to a registered account. Information on credit can be found in our Terms of Service.

3. Our stylists choose styles for you:
   Once you complete the style profile and register, you will be provided with a choice of five shoes, handbags and jewelry sets to choose from that are based on your individual fashion preferences.
4. Our Policies:
   Gift Cards and their use on the ShoeDazzle.com Web Site are subject to ShoeDazzle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
5. Risk of Loss:
   The risk of loss and title for gift cards passes to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser, recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if a gift card is stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
6. Fraud:
   ShoeDazzle will have the right to close client accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on the ShoeDazzle.com Web Site.
7. Limitation of Liability:
   SHOEDAZZLE.COM, INC. MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
