Pick Your Favorite. You enjoy free shipping* as a ShoeDazzle client. If you are unsatisfied with your order, simply return it to us using the pre-printed return shipping label provided with your order.

ShoeDazzle is a monthly style service. Every month, for just $39.95, you receive a personalized selection and one gorgeous pair of shoes or item of your choice. The styles are selected just for you by our fashion experts. There is no obligation to purchase once you register, and you are charged only after you place your first order. In any month, you may select the Skip This Month button in your account section between the 1st and the 5th of the month and you will not be charged.

Create Your 3-Minute Style Profile
Our stylists will create your monthly selection based on your responses in your personal style profile.
Receive Your First Stylist Selection
Once you complete your style profile, it will take a few days for our stylists to create your first selection. After you receive your first selection, you’ll receive a new style selection on the first day of every month.
Choose Your Favorite Style
You'll receive an email alert when your first showroom is ready. Visit your showroom and choose your favorite item—or items if you're dazzled by more than one. Your order will be processed immediately. Please note that you will not be able to change your order once it is confirmed.
Your Style Status
After you place your first showroom order, including an order for an item on DazzleAvenue, you are considered a ShoeDazzle client and your style status is officially upgraded to membership.
Your Monthly Style Showroom
Once you become an official member of ShoeDazzle, your billing information will be kept on file and you will be charged $39.95 on the sixth day of each month, which includes a credit for one item in your showroom or DazzleAvenue, our stylists, and the benefits of membership. If you don't find a resist-me-not item in your showroom, you can easily opt to skip the month at no cost to you.
Skip the Month Any Time
You don't have to choose something every month—simply visit your showroom by the fifth day of any month and select the Skip This Month option, and you won't be charged. You only have to skip the month once—you do not have to skip the month for both your shoe selections and DazzleAvenue selections. There is no limit to the number of months you can skip. If you choose to skip the month, and change your mind, you can still visit your showroom and choose something. Please note that you cannot skip a month by phone or email. If you haven't placed entered your billing information and your first order yet, your credit card will not be charged on the sixth day of the month, and you do not need to request to skip the month.
Request Alternate Selections
If you don't see anything you want in your showroom, but want to see more styles, you can request a second shoe selection from our stylists. Simply click Send Me New Shoe Options in your showroom. It may take up to five business days for our stylists to create your alternate shoe selection. Please note that once your alternate selection is presented, you will no longer be able to access your original selection. Currently, we do not offer alternate selections for handbags or jewelry.
Build Credits
If you do not select Skip This Month or choose a showroom style between the first and fifth of the month, you will be charged $39.95 on the sixth and receive one credit redeemable for any showroom item, including an item on DazzleAvenue. Credits expire after 12 months. You can accumulate up to a maximum of five credits, which can be used over time or all at once. After you accumulate five credits, you will not be charged until you redeem a credit.
Shipping
All orders shipped to destinations within the contiguous United States are shipped FREE of charge via standard ground delivery, and usually arrive 3 – 6 business days from the ship date. Express delivery within 3 days of ship date is available for a $9.95 shipping and handling fee per item. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and Canada are delivered by the U.S. Postal Service and include a $9.00 shipping and handling fee per item to cover additional postage and handling. Please note that orders to addresses in Canada may incur additional taxes or import fees. Currently, we do not ship orders overseas.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange it for another item or return it for a ShoeDazzle credit. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery in new, unused condition. Orders to addresses within the contiguous United States will include a pre-printed standard ground shipping return label. Please do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes, as this will result in delays. Because we provide our clients with free shipping and great pricing, a $5.95 restocking fee will be applied to all orders returned for refunds. This fee is waived on exchanges and items returned for a ShoeDazzle credit. Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels with orders delivered outside the contiguous United States, or to APO / FPO addresses. A $9.00 shipping and handling charge applies to returns from addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and U.S. Territories.
Exchanges
Exchanges are free for ShoeDazzle clients. If your order doesn't fit, or you are not satisfied with an item, simply exchange it for another item or size within 30 days of delivery in new, unused condition. Orders to addresses within the contiguous United States will include a pre-printed standard ground shipping return label. Please do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes, as this will result in delays. A $9.00 shipping and handling charge applies to exchanges from addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and U.S. Territories.
Cancellation
You may cancel your ShoeDazzle membership at any time without penalty. Before you choose to cancel, please note that if you have not yet placed a ShoeDazzle order, you will not be charged $39.95 on the sixth day of each month. If you have placed an order, you can still opt out of any month by selecting the Skip the Month option in your showroom between the first and fifth day of each month. If you still wish to cancel, simply call Client Services at 1.888.508.1888 Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Pacific). There is no cancellation fee.
