
ShoeDazzle clients enjoy free shipping as a benefit of membership, and for your convenience we also offer options for faster delivery. All orders with shipping addresses within the contiguous United States are delivered standard ground to you free of charge. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, APO / FPO addresses, US territories and Canada, or expedited shipping within the contiguous United States, is available for additional charges, as indicated below.

Please note: Orders to Canada may be charged additional state taxes or import fees. Currently we do not ship overseas.
Estimated delivery time is measured from the date the order is placed to the date it is delivered. We base our delivery time estimates on the time it takes to fulfill your order and our shipping providers' estimated transit times. In some cases, an order may arrive prior to or after the estimated delivery window.
If your estimated delivery time has passed and you have not received your order, please visit your Order History in the My Account tab in your showroom. If your tracking information indicates that your order was delivered, it may have been left with a neighbor or building management, or placed somewhere out of view. Please call Client Services at 1-888-508-1888 for assistance if you are unable to locate your package, your tracking information does not list your package as "undeliverable," or you have no tracking information in your Order History.
Currently, we are unable to support special requests for weekend delivery.
At this time, we cannot accommodate special requests for specific shipping providers. Your order will be shipped with the most appropriate carrier based on your delivery address and desired shipping option.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you can exchange it for another item or size (if available), or return it for a ShoeDazzle credit, free of charge within the contiguous United States. All items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and in new, unused condition. Jewelry sets must be returned intact; we cannot accept jewelry returns missing items. Earrings must be returned unworn. A return ground shipping label is included in orders delivered within the contiguous United States.
Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels with orders delivered outside the contiguous United States or to APO / FPO addresses. A $9 shipping and handling fee applies to returns sent from, or exchanges sent to addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and the U.S. territories.
Returns may be dropped off at shipping provider location–please do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes as this will result in delays. Because of our incredibly low pricing, we charge a $5.95 restocking fee for all items returned for refunds.
We recommend trying on your shoes on a carpeted floor to prevent any scuffs or scratches in case you decide to return or exchange them.
