Loyalty Points Bonus is valued at One Thousand (1,000) loyalty points. Promotion Period is the first day of the month through the last day of the same month. Shipping Policy

Within the 48 Contiguous Unites States:

ShoeDazzle clients enjoy free ground shipping on orders of $49 or more, not including shipping costs and taxes, within the contiguous United States. For all orders totaling less than $49 not including shipping costs and taxes, and shipped to an address within the contiguous United States, a flat-rate shipping charge of $4.95 will be applied, and estimated shipping time is 4-7 business days.

Premium Pink ground shipping within the 48 Contiguous United States:

Our Premium Pink ground option may reduce shipping time for rural residents and costs $6.95 per order. Estimated shipping time is 2-5 business days.

Express shipping within the 48 Contiguous United States:

For your convenience, we also offer Express Pink delivery, which costs $17.95 per order. Estimated shipping time is 1-2 business days. We make every effort to ship all Express Pink orders placed before 11:00 a.m. (PST), Monday through Friday, on the same day. All Express Pink orders placed after 11:00 a.m. (PST), Monday through Friday, will be shipped out on the next business day. Occasionally, there may be delays due to peak shipping periods, but we'll try our best to get your orders out as soon as possible.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO / FPO addresses, and US territories:

Shipping to APO/FPO addresses and US territories is available for $14.95 per order, and estimated shipping time is up to 30 business days. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available for $11.95 per order. Estimated shipping time is 9-11 business days. We currently do not offer express or ground shipping to these destinations.

Shipping to Canada:

Shipping to Canada is available for $6.95 per order, and estimated shipping time is 6-10 business days. No duties will be charged. There may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances. If you haven't received your order after 6-10 business days, please call Client Services at 1-888-508-1888, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for assistance. We currently do not offer express or ground shipping on orders delivered to Canada.

VIP Member Shipping

All VIP orders over $39, shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States qualify for free standard ground shipping. VIP orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii or US territories receive a $5 discount on standard ground shipping charges. Excluding certain promotions.

For orders verified before 11:00 a.m. (PST), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Estimated delivery times start from the first full business day after the package leaves our facility. There may be a delay of 1-2 business days for shipping to rural ZIP and Postal Codes and during peak shipping periods or promotional events.

Please note: Currently, we do not ship overseas. Premium and Express Pink are not available for P.O. boxes.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

For contiguous United States returns:

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you may send it back free of charge. All items must be returned within 30 days from shipment in new, unused condition, with no signs of use or wear. All returns must include the item(s), return label and packing slip. If any of these items are missing, processing time will be severely delayed.

We recommend trying on both shoes on a carpeted surface to prevent any scuffs or scratches in case you decide to return or exchange them. Handbags, jewelry sets, and fashion accessories must be returned in the same condition they were sent to you, with all original pieces included and earrings unworn. We cannot accept partial or broken jewelry sets, handbags, or fashion accessories for return or exchange. All shoes, apparel, lingerie and special accessories must also be returned unworn, in the original packaging and with original tags still attached. Please note that final sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. ShoeDazzle reserves the right to reject (and not return) items that do not adhere to this return policy.

ShoeDazzle offers three return options: (1) free return for ShoeDazzle store credit; (2) return for a refund in the original form of payment minus a $5.95 restocking fee per item or (3) free exchange for the same item in a different size (if available).

*Please note that any store credit used to pay for an order will be returned as store credit and will not be eligible for refund to credit card. Also note that a store credit will be issued if the credit card used to purchase an item is no longer on file or expired by the time a return is received at the warehouse.

Free return labels may be printed out at ShoeDazzle.com. Please visit the Order History page in your Account Details to print return label and slip. Returns may be dropped off at any FedEx location, FedEx authorized shipping location, or through the Postal Service (any post office, USPS driver, or scheduled USPS pickup). Please do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes as this will result in delays. Returns dropped at a FedEx location may result in faster shipping times. Express and Premium Pink shipping are non-refundable.

For Alaska and Hawaii returns:

At this time, we cannot provide return shipping labels to AK and HI, and recommend using a local shipping carrier. An $11.95 per order shipping and handling fee applies to exchanges sent to addresses in Hawaii and Alaska.

For Canada returns:

ShoeDazzle strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the day of shipment for items in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Refund Policy

Please allow 7-14 business days from the return ship date for your return to be processed and credited. Returns for a refund can only be made to the original form of payment minus a $5.95 restocking fee per item*. Due to varying bank policies, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. We are currently unable to process any credit cards that are billed to an address outside of the United States, or Canada.

Gift card purchases are not eligible for refund. Gift card purchases can only be returned for an exchange or store credit.

*Please note that any store credit used to pay for an order will be returned as store credit and will not be eligible for refund to credit card. Also note that a store credit will be issued if the credit card used to purchase an item is no longer on file or expired by the time a return is received and processed.

FAQ's

My estimated delivery time has passed. Where is my order?

If your estimated delivery time has passed and you have not received your order, please visit your Order History in the My Account tab in your showroom. If your tracking information indicates that your order was delivered, please check with your neighbors or building management to see if either party received the package on your behalf. If you shipped to a facility with a mail room, or if deliveries are not normally made directly to you, check with your mail room or receptionist. For Canada, there may be delays due to customs, which would increase the delivery time to 4 weeks.

If you have already taken the above steps and you still cannot locate your package, please call Client Services at 1-888-508-1888, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for assistance.

Please note: There may be shipping delays due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as weather conditions. The customer is responsible for all costs related to incorrectly addressed orders. We are not responsible for stolen or lost items.
